Education: Diploma/ITI

Experience: With at least 3-4 years of experience in facilities management, able to carry out preventive and corrective works, and attend emergency works. Team player, planning and delegation skills, results-oriented, with good knowledge of wall/floor tiles/painting/design and autocad installation and maintenance. Industrial welding maintenance (metal gate, metal door, metal grill) / correction of small and large civil works • Knowledge of carpentry work (finishing and maintenance)
