We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing high quality dishes, managing kitchen staff and ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
• Plan and create menus, ensuring a variety of high quality dishes that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking and serving of all food, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory, order supplies and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor portion sizes, control waste and food cost to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop new recipes and stay up to date on industry trends to keep the menu innovative and appealing.
• Handle guest feedback and address any concerns or special requests in a professional manner.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good condition.
• Lead by example, maintaining a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef or in similar culinary roles.
• College degree in culinary or related certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Creativity and a passion for food and the culinary arts.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages ​​are a plus.
