CCTV Operator

We are currently looking for a skilled and attentive CCTV Operator to join our Security team. If you have experience operating CCTV systems, monitoring security feeds and responding to incidents, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to supervise building security.
• Conduct regular checks on camera functions, ensuring all cameras are operational.
• Monitor live surveillance footage and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
• Coordinate with security personnel on the ground to address security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations and actions taken.
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when necessary and provide evidence as requested.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for emergency response and crisis management.
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of CCTV and security systems.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting CCTV systems and related equipment.
• Understand security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent monitoring and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Physical fitness and ability to remain alert during extended periods of observation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Additional certifications in security-related fields are a plus.
