Are you detail-oriented, attentive, and adept at monitoring security systems? We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as CCTV Operators.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activity
• Operate monitoring equipment and software to ensure optimal performance
• Keep accurate records of incidents and maintain detailed records of activities
• Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies in case of emergency or incidents
• Conduct routine checks of equipment to ensure functionality and report any malfunctions immediately
• Adhere to security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role preferred but not required
• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance software
• Excellent observation and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Flexibility in work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
