Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services and inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns quickly and effectively.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Rfequirements:
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
