We are looking for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide excellent service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints and resolving issues with our products and services. The call center agent may handle a large number of incoming or outgoing calls or both and should try to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, answer any questions or complaints and provide an accurate and efficient response.
