Position Overview:

Previous experience in a call center environment is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring roadside support.

Basic tasks:

Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally.

Evaluate and understand the nature of the customer’s roadside assistance request.

Dispatching appropriate assistance to the customer’s location (e.g., tow trucks, technicians, etc.).

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.

Provide clear and concise instructions to clients while maintaining a reassuring and empathic tone.

Collaborate with the roadside assistance team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Stay informed of company policies and procedures.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is essential.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Empathic and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work effectively within a team.
