Cabin Cleaner

We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, sweep and mop floors, and clean windows. The cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces.
To be successful as a janitor, you must be able to complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame. Ultimately, the top performing janitor must be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of various types.
• Dust ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and kitchen utensils.
• Empty trash cans.
• Wash and dry windows.
• Communicate with line manager to ensure sufficient cleaning supplies are available at all times.
• Report any malfunctions that occur during the cleaning process.
• Report repairs that need to be made to line manager.

Requirements:
• Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in similar position.
• Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Available to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends, as needed.
