Roles and responsibilities:

Manages the development and growth of assigned product portfolio, including existing products and new product development. Assists in creating the strategic vision and managing the organization to achieve the five-year plan through annual marketing planning and overall company goals and objectives.

Manages the organization in building share and equity in the assigned portfolio to achieve improved market share performance, sales revenue and gross margin.

Manages new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches.
