Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Deliver messages, packages, and room service orders promptly.
• Assist with valet parking and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and entrance areas.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and services.
• Attend to guest requests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hotel worker or in a similar position in the hospitality industry (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
