Bell Boy

We are a luxury destination known for our exceptional service and warm hospitality. We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Bell Boys. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assist them with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities and services, including dining options, recreational activities and local attractions.
Assists guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading bags from vehicles, transporting luggage to guest rooms, and storing items securely.
Providing assistance to guests with special needs, including elderly guests, families with children and guests with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay.
Respond quickly to guest requests and inquiries, and provide helpful recommendations, directions, and assistance as needed.
Coordinate with front desk staff and concierge services to fulfill guest requests, arrange transportation, and facilitate room reservations and upgrades.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby area, including removing clutter, organizing luggage carts, and replenishing supplies as needed.
Assist with valet parking, direct traffic, and ensure the smooth flow of vehicles in the hotel driveway.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to report any maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or safety hazards in guest rooms or common areas.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including dress code, personal care standards, and safety regulations, at all times.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, based on hotel occupancy and guest needs.
It’s helpful to know local attractions, restaurants and points of interest.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required for jobs involving valet parking.
