Role and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages, with accuracy, consistency, and creativity.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, making recommendations, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining/drinking experience.
• Master a variety of cocktail recipes and techniques, including mixing, shaking, stirring and garnishing, to meet guests’ preferences and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain bar area clean and organized, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption, ensure responsible service, and adhere to legal drinking age restrictions and company policies to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to guests.
• Upsell and promote special offers, events, and promotions to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using point-of-sale systems or manual records.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques, and continually expand your knowledge and repertoire.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter or mixologist in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines and beer varieties, with a passion for beverage service and mixology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation in beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, responsible alcohol service practices, and sanitation standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by role requirements.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
