Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Receive and process requests quickly and accurately.
• Interact with guests, recommend drinks and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Manage bar inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Efficiently handle cash and card transactions.
• Compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of classic and modern mixology.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
