Barista

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes and specialty drinks.
• Ensure quality and consistency in beverage preparation according to company standards.
• Welcoming customers and dealing with them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive orders accurately and efficiently, using point of sale systems as needed.
• Keep the coffee station and dining area clean and organized.
• Provide recommendations to clients based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
