Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the business achieves expected revenue and profit.
• Ensure optimal staff scheduling to maximize revenue.
• Provide recommendations on how to maximize revenue and profit.
• Ensure that daily, small cash receipts are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Customer Service
• Ensure that guests enjoy excellent quality service at every stage of their spa experience.
• Ensure that staff provide an excellent level of guest care in accordance with Devarana Spa standards and procedures.
• Ensure that the spa is clean and presented to the highest possible standard for guest enjoyment and safety.
• Record, resolve, report and report guest complaints to hotel management.
• Ensure that front desk staff are aware of service recovery procedures and can implement them in the event of a guest complaint.
• Ensure sufficient staffing to ensure guests receive an excellent level of care.
• Make recommendations on how to improve guest service.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum education is a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related major.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of spa management experience.
• Knowledge of spa sales, treatments, and products.
• Possess good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Possess excellent professional conduct and interpersonal skills.
