We are looking for an account manager and assistant to perform day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks that will support the team. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in the field of air conditioning maintenance company.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
· Proactively manage a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks and procedures
· Reconciliation of tariffs and detection of discrepancies
· Create and update expense reports
· Enter financial transactions in internal databases
· Check the accuracy of spreadsheets
· Preservation of digital and physical financial records
· Issuance of invoices to customers and external partners, as required.
