FILIPINA SECRETARY
– Have knowledge or experience processing Letters of Credit (LC)
– Know how to do Bank transfer
– Have knowledge of computers and Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
– Preparing Invoice, Packing list, and LC documentation
– Arrange a meeting with the supplier/customer
– Booking Flight, Hotel, Exhibition
– Coordinate with management and staff to prepare documents
– Fast learner and willing to do multitask

> Office location in Prime Tower, Business Bay
> Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 10:00am to 6:00pm
>Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm
> Saturday from 10:00am to 6pm
> Sunday will be Off day
> Salary will start from 3500 AED (depending on your experience and how the boss will like your work)
