We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our Financial Services team and ensure a smooth administrative workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Prepare and process financial documents, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in securely handling confidential client information.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the team in client communications and inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or finance are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in managerial positions, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
