Responsibilities:
• Complete planned preventative maintenance as per agreed schedule and achieve
• Completion rate as specified in the Facilities Management Service Contract with the client.
• Work as part of a team delivering “memorable service” to our clients by responding positively and timely to their queries.
• Take responsibility for tasks assigned to the position, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting company culture and values.
• Collaborate with direct reports, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled and productivity and performance levels are achieved.
• Ensure compliance and legal compliance (health and safety), whereby due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for necessary reviews, and
• Follow up as required.

Qualification:
• Trade/ITI Certification – Air Conditioning

Experience:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in UAE.

Skills:
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot FCU, AHU, FAHU and VRF systems.
• Operation and maintenance of splitter and air conditioning units.
• Operation and maintenance of chillers is desirable.
• Operation, maintenance and repair of chilled water system (primary and secondary motors)
• Knowledge of motor winding measurement and testing and compressor winding testing.
• Motor bearing alignment and shaft alignment.
• Replacement of motors, compressors and blower units.
• Reading and writing skills – English (for completion of reports)
• Basic computer skills.
