Job Description
• Verify packing lists, coordinate the number and type of vehicles required, and perform tasks with the team.
• Ensure all fleet requirements from clients and coordinators are met quickly and efficiently.
• Arrange necessary trucks, labor, and equipment prior to loading shipments, ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Manage external trucks and oversee their operations.
• Issue delivery notes and ensure timely and accurate submission and closing of work.
• Submit all required documents (e.g., port delivery notes, payment receipts) after shipment delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide necessary documents and reports.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, work schedules, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer follow-ups, address delivery efficiency, and manage justified complaints.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Diploma or college degree in logistics.
