MEP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Identify and address any issues with MEP systems to prevent disruptions.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
• Supervise MEP technicians and workers, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently.
• Train employees in MEP maintenance techniques and safety standards.
• Ensure MEP systems comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and standards in MEP.
• Diagnose system faults and oversee repairs in a timely manner.
• Implement preventative maintenance practices.
• Assist in preparing the budget for MEP operations.
• Control costs by improving resource utilization and maintenance practices.
• Maintain detailed records of all MEP maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Experience of not less than (5) years.
