Duties and Responsibilities

The primary duties of a waitress or waiter include presenting menus to customers, multitasking in front of the restaurant, and collecting orders and bills. Other duties include

• Attending daily or periodic meetings with managers to learn about menu changes and occasional menu specials.
• Waiting for customers to place their orders and answering any questions about menu items, ingredients, and occasional menu specials.
• Taking customer orders and passing them to kitchen staff for preparation.
• Delivering food and drinks to tables, asking if customers are satisfied, and bringing additional dishes if necessary.
• Prepare checks for customers, process cash or credit card payments, and return any balance.
• The waitress or waiter should be familiar with different types of coffee preparation.
• The waitress or waiter should be familiar with how to prepare shisha.

Experience: Waiter: 1 year (Required)
