Personal Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide ad hoc office and administrative support in an organized and timely manner. You will work individually on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s work life and communication.

Responsibilities
• Act as point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
• Screen, direct telephone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
• Manage agendas and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Take dictation and records.
• Obtain office supplies.
• Prepare reports, presentations and memos.
• Design and maintain the office filing system.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and the English language.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Keep up to date with the latest Office tools and applications
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High school diploma
• A personal assistant diploma or certificate is a plus.
