Customer Service Executive

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries and complaints in Dubai Al Nahda 2. You will also be required to handle requests, modifications, and escalate complaints through various communication channels. To perform this role well, you must be able to remain calm when customers become frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Quick response to customer queries.
• Communicate with customers through different channels.
• Recognize and resolve customer complaints.
• Know our products inside and out so you can resolve queries.
• Process requests, forms, applications, and petitions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service.
